Shipping Policy
At AthloFusion®, we partner with reputable international shipping carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, collaborating with local couriers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for our customers.
Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders typically require 2–5 business days to be prepared for shipping and transported to the carrier's sorting facility. During peak times, such as major holidays or for high-demand items, processing may take longer (up to 10 days).

Order Changes: Once an order begins processing, no changes can be made, including address updates. Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, as we can only ship to the address provided.

Shipping Days: We ship orders on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to varying manufacturing and warehouse locations.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Once your package has been dispatched to the carrier's sorting facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update. If you have not received tracking updates within 5 business days of your order's shipment confirmation, please contact our support team at support@athlofusion.com.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. AthloFusion® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
In cases where a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and any import taxes incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AthloFusion® is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms delivery, but you have not received your package, we recommend filing a report or claim directly with the shipping carrier.
When reviewing claims, we rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations. Claims not reported promptly may not be accepted.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we cannot modify or redirect it. AthloFusion® is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
