I think this is a pretty cool gizmo. I got it on sale so don't know that I would have paid full price, but for the price I was pretty happy with it. I feel like it gives me a good workout.

Feel they'll burn, easy to assemble. Feel cheap but so far it has held up. I can feel the burn while using it on the lowest setting

Great product! Maybe I am weak, but definitely can feel how resistant the springs are.
