Return Policy
AthloFusion® accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, with no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging and accessories are intact.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling do not qualify for a return or exchange.
Certain products, such as sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@athlofusion.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
If you would like to exchange your item, email us at support@athlofusion.com with your order number and details about the item you want in exchange. The product must meet the return conditions outlined above.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take a few days to process depending on financial institutions. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please contact us at support@athlofusion.com for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. AthloFusion® is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
Gift Items
For items marked as gifts during purchase, returns will be eligible for a digital gift card equivalent to the value of the return. The gift card will be emailed to the original purchaser or the gift recipient upon request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@athlofusion.com with clear photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
