How do I place an order?

How can I cancel or change my order?

While phone support is not available, our customer service team is always ready to assist you via email. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
Can I change my account information?

How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password:

- Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Enter your email, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.

- Go to Your Account and select Change Password under Account Settings.
Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be processed on the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, shipping takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier practices, delivery location, and item availability.
How can I check the delivery status on my order?
You can view the status of your order in the My Account section. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds
What is the return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days. Please note:
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless there’s a product defect.

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return a product?
