Feel they'll burn, easy to assemble. Feel cheap but so far it has held up. I can feel the burn while using it on the lowest setting

I think this is a pretty cool gizmo. I got it on sale so don't know that I would have paid full price, but for the price I was pretty happy with it. I feel like it gives me a good workout.

I recently purchased this Multifunctional Arm Trainer and have been using it for a couple of weeks. Overall, it’s a solid addition to my home gym, especially for upper body strength training.

I’ve been using the Arm Trainer for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and resistance range. The adjustable tension gives me flexibility to ramp up intensity as I get stronger. The construction feels solid and safe, even under heavy tension, and the detachable design makes it easy to store or toss in a gym bag. It's surprisingly effective for chest, arm, and shoulder activation. Definitely a great addition to my home workout setup!
